FAUST

AT FAUST, we seek to express the complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon and the diversity of the Napa Valley by sourcing from estate vineyards in Coombsville and Rutherford and small lots from Atlas Peak, Mount Veeder and Howell Mountain. The culmination of these exceptional appellations results in a prodigious expression of Cabernet Sauvignon - or put more simply, one damn good Cabernet.

2011 Faust 1.5L

Only 3 magnums remain. Bright, smooth, and rich ruby color with captivating aromas of black currant, red cherry, and spice are lifted out of the glass. The wine is inviting with a supple mouth-feel and notes of cassis, dark chocolate and ripe berries. The layers of complexity continue to develop throughout a silky finish. The 2011 is ready to drink upon release, but will continue to age gracefully and develop over five to six years.
